Hi, I’m Sara Cosenza.

Born and raised in Arizona, I spent my college years in New York swimming competitively at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. After graduating, I made my way to Northern Virginia and built a successful career in government program management while serving in the U.S. Navy Reserve.

I have always been someone who loves learning, creating, and taking on new challenges. Since my collegiate swimming days, I have found a love for long course triathlons and completed four Ironman and three IM 70.3 races. Ultimately, the desire to grow inspired me to coach other athletes and earn my real estate license. Ultimately, launching Willow Ridge Management.

Today, Willow Ridge is the home for the businesses, projects, and opportunities I am most passionate about growing. Everything I do is built around the core belief that success comes from consistency, curiosity, and community.

When I am not working, you will usually find me training for my next race, tackling a home improvement project, traveling somewhere new, golfing, gardening, or exploring the outdoors with my dog Willow.

My business is built to guide and support clients as they conquer some of life's biggest milestones. I am so glad you are here!

The Iron Agent *

“The Iron Agent” is a nickname I got early on at a business conference when colleagues learned about my endurance racing. The name stuck because it perfectly captures how I approach all aspects of my business. You need patience, dedication, and the right strategy to succeed. My job is to bring that energy to everything I do and ensure you have a trusted partner guiding you through the major milestones in your life.

Virginia Real Estate

Buying or selling a home is a massive life event, not just a transaction. I focus on giving my clients clear guidance, honest advice, and doing the heavy lifting behind the scenes so you can successfully navigate the Virginia market.

Endurance Coaching

I work with athletes of all levels to build realistic, sustainable training plans that actually fit your career and family life. Whether you are aiming to finish your first triathlon or chase down a marathon personal best, I am right there in your corner to provide the strategic structure, accountability, and the real-world advice you need to cross that finish line feeling strong.

Why “Willow Ridge” ?

Willow Ridge Management takes its name inspiration from my favorite adventure buddy, Willow. A three-year-old Rhodesian Ridgeback whose resilient, loyal, and energetic spirit inspires me everyday.
